Our partners

  • Tata Trusts

In April 2024, we sold 3000 large pads to TATA TRUSTS after they tried our samples and loved our reusable large pads! Following this collaboration, TATA TRUSTS joins the sustainable menstruation movement which Sanitree is pioneering. TATA TRUSTS is one of India’s largest enterprises, a philanthropic organisation which strives for a promising and sustainable future. Now, TATA TRUSTS is evolving with its Menstrual Health & Hygiene Management programme which began in 2018. The key objectives of the MHM programme are encouraging equitable gender norms through behavioural change, promoting social entrepreneurship, inculcating safe and hygienic habits and creating awareness for responsible disposal.

Through this initiative, girls’ attendance in these schools increased, since it alleviated the financial burden of purchasing pads, from parents. In the light of COVID-19, this partnership also helped our beneficiaries in Malawi maintain hygiene and menstrual health, amidst a shortage of essential resources, with our reusable pads.

Sanitree partnered with Period Poverty Exeter back in 2018, to produce a range of t-shirts to raise money for our organisations. This partnership was akin to our vision as a student group, to work alongside other groups embedded in student communities across the UK who share our goals to empower menstruators, and challenge the stigma around menstruation.
